This is the main page for Nanotechnology in Agriculture Activities at KIBSD. There are currently two projects underway, the first is for the USCG’s Bear Valley Golf Course (BVGC), where treatments began last year to bring soil back to health, and reduce the volcanic ash-laden pH to normal levels. The second project is with the Kodiak Parks and Recreation, to treat areas that have proven difficult to grow even grass. The second report completed last spring may be viewed from the following link; this report includes all course soil analysis, treatments and data from last school year.
